For any request about your data you can write to that address.

What data I collect and why

If you write to me through the contact form I collect the data you enter: name, phone or WhatsApp, desired period, number of people and message. I use them only to reply to you and organise the trip. The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the box before sending.

If you accept statistics from the cookie banner, I collect aggregated data on how the site is used through Google Analytics 4, with pseudonymised identifiers. They serve only to understand whether the site works. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookies page.

Who processes data on my behalf

The data you enter in the contact form is received by Web3Forms, a service that forwards it to me by email. Web3Forms acts as a technical provider and does not use your data for its own purposes.

Statistics, only if you have accepted them, are handled by Google Analytics 4 of Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred outside the European Union under the safeguards provided by the service.

How long I keep data

Requests received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the trip, if any. Statistics follow the retention periods of Google Analytics 4.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time for access to your data, its correction, erasure or the restriction of processing, and you can withdraw the consents you have given. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
